Hi! I'm Gabriel Conti
@theprinthead

I was born and raised in Venezuela, and in 1999 I emigrated to the United States of America just as my father did, when in 1958 he decided to leave his native country (Italy) to look for better opportunities.

Personal experiences and 30 years of business activity have helped me to discover my essence as a human being, and above all to live under 2 principles:

That health and family are more important than the money generated by companies and the profits produced by businesses.

That my time, knowledge and skills as a digital printing entrepreneur should be invested not only for my personal benefit but also to guide, orient and help others.

Recently, thanks to the frank opinions of people in my personal sphere and immediate collaborators,I gained clarity
on the traits that best define me:
 Loyalty
 Fairness
 Kindness
 Honesty
  Solidarity

His descriptions of me made me realize the influence that the training I received at school age and the values-based
education my parents gave me had on me.

I believe that my curiosity and stubbornness have been the key ingredients that have helped me achieve my goals.

However, not everything has been "easy".

Like any human being, I have been wrong many times and made mistakes, and thanks to them I have learned to mature as a person and become a better businessman.

Having done business in Europe, in Asia, in the Caribbean, as well as in South and North America, gives me the advantage to understand and know how to deal with people who have different codes of behavior and culture.

It is important to say that my personal and business decisions are always based and guided by a value:

The independence

I have always valued and defended not only economic independence but also independence of criteria and thought, both in business and in the personal sphere.

The search for this dual independence led me to question and subsequently abandon the traditional education system, which forced me to learn and acquire knowledge on my own.

This decision allowed me to find my own truths and to discover that in life, in business and in work,
the human being has two paths to choose from:

Lealtad
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet

The first path - the most popular and the safest - is to follow the majority, the masses, to be 'politically correct', to follow the customs, and to comply with what the 'status quo' establishes. It is the path of those I call:

"accomodators"

The second path - the one I have chosen - is to be part of what I call

"unsettled"

They are the people who do not conform, who question, who ask uncomfortable questions, who search and investigate to discover what is not known, what is not said, and challenge what is said to assert their own truth.

ended up being a blessing in disguise, but also:

#2 - The importance of knowing something about your customer is just as important as knowing everything about your product.
